Support marketing strategy and tactical plan for antifungal product in China.
Develop department penetration strategy and tactical plan in ICU/ID/Respiratory to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies and drive AmBisome quick uptake in China market.
Refine promotional toolkits like key messages, visible tools, and medical materials to support FF daily visiting and clinical education.
Manage operation budget
Be able to analyze complex marketing data and generate market insights to refine marketing strategies.
Build up effective working relationships with key opinion leaders and make sure they have advanced disease and treatment knowledge.
Cooperate with Sales, RMM, Medical and PA to align strategies and facilitate execution excellence.
Provide training to sales force for improving effectiveness.
Lead cross function effort to build innovation platform for AmBisome sustainable uptake in China.
Knowledge, Skills, Experiences and Education
Have bachelor’s degree in science, clinical medicine major is preferred
Have minimum 10 years pharmaceutical working experience which includes 4 years of marketing experience
Comprehensive marketing knowledge and experience in anti-fungal area/ new product launch/ indication launch/ department owner will be preferred
Be able to analyze complex marketing data and generate market insights
Strong key opinion leader engagement capability
Strong strategic thinking and learning agility
Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset
