Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for hosting international conferences and events, completing
hosting-related work, including but not limited to pre-meeting planning,conference processes, and writing conference host scripts.
  • Participate in the full process of event planning, proposal, and execution, launch
event solutions and execution plans that are in line with the tone, monitor andanalyze the effectiveness of the event, and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Handle internal collaboration communication, cooperate with other
departments to improve collaboration efficiency.Requirements:
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, able to host bilingual events. Broadcasting
major is preferred.
  • Have experience in event planning and hosting and have field control ability.
  • Those with planning and project experience are preferred.
⼯作职责1. 负责国际会议、活动相关的主持,完成主持相关⼯作包括: 会前策划、会议流程、会议主持稿;
  • 参与活动策划、提案及执⾏的全流程,推出符合调性的活动⽅案与执⾏⽅案,对活动
效果进⾏监测和分析,并提出改进意⻅;
  • 处理内部协作沟通,与其他部⻔(如 IBU、海外业务线)合作,提升协作效率。
要求:
  • 中⽂流利,可双语主持。播⾳专业优先;
  • 有活动策划和经验及控场能⼒;
  • 有策划及项⽬经验者优先。
