- Bachelor’s degree in, but not exclusively to Industrial Design, Product Design, Information Technology and Design, or Engineering with a focus on Design; Master’s degree preferred;
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in related subject;
- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification;
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and technical proficiency;
- Responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in design and technology-related subjects, fostering creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical expertise in students;
- Demonstrated interest in student development and optimism for students’ ability to learn and grow
- Ability to learn and apply local Chinese educational standards as well as new technologies
- Interest in and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
- Ability to collaborate, establish rapport and communicate in a Dual Language Immersion environment
