We focus on delivering stable, efficient, and customer‑centric services to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experience across the entire Hong Kong market.About you roleAs a Technical Lead in Mobile App Development team. Your role is to drive the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise-grade mobile applications. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Java and Angular, along with proven leadership in architecture, code quality, team mentoring, and agile delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery of mobile app features from architecture through production release. Define and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and coding guidelines. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Java-based backend services and Angular-based frontend/mobile frameworks. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams to plan and deliver roadmap items. Review code, provide technical direction, and mentor developers across skill levels. Own technical decision-making, including framework selection, architecture trade-offs, and performance optimization. Ensure high quality through unit/integration testing, CI/CD practices, and release governance. Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis and remediation. Drive improvement in application performance, reliability, and developer productivity. Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and development of engineering talent.Experience and Qualifications RequiredEssential Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred) for backend/API development. Strong hands-on experience with at lease one of below frontend development technologies: React, Angular. Experience delivering mobile apps (Android, iOS, or hybrid frameworks such as Ionic/Cordova/Capacitor).is a plus. Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization (OAuth/JWT), and microservices patterns. Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frontend architecture patterns. Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Business level of English. Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Desirable Skills and ExperienceReact native development experience. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
