The Product Development Engineer will be responsible for chemical suits design and development including design for excellence, introduction to manufacturing and continuous improvement for the life of the product.He/She will collaborate with global and local team on new product developments, acting as technical lead and in some cases as project leader. He/She will work on new and novel designs, materials, and assembly techniques to develop products that meet or exceed customer needs while balancing manufacturability design constraints for cost and quality. He/She will be responsible to ensure clear communication of project status, constraints, risks and timeline with the global and local team.Specific Accountabilities具体职责Accountabilities are actions that will enable the incumbent to achieve the job’s overall purpose. 1. Collaborate with cross-functions including Marketing, S&OP, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, CI for new product development and introduction, ensure the time/cost/quality under control.2. Responsible for technical execution for development and introduction of new products and process technologies.3. Collect information of PPE industry, including PPE trends, new technologies, materials and processes, evaluate and develop new technologies/products to improve product competitiveness within the market.4. Promote and strengthen Design for Excellence (DFX), with focus on whole suit product design to balance manufacturability, usability, cost, quality, performance, and other key considerations.5. Improve margins and product cost through products upgrade with new technologies/processes.6. Support operations in key strategic process improvement projects to achieve lower cost, higher quality and productivity.7. Other jobs assigned by line manager.

1. Education教育Majored in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering，Materials Science and Engineering, Polymer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related, bachelor or above.
2. Job Experience工作经验1.
3years experience in new product development2. Plastic/rubber parts design and development experience is a plus.3. Familiar with QC 5 tools(APQP/QCP/FMEA/MSA/SPC) is a plus.4. PPE background is a plus.
3. Language语言CET-4 above with good command of English listening, speaking, writing and reading

Good at AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus
