- Hunter Mindset: A proactive and positive attitude with a talent for navigating pathways to reach key decision-makers.
- Outbound Sales Experience: 2+ years in an outbound sales role, with a proven track record of successfully selling complex products or services to enterprise customers.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the payments industry or with Chinese merchants going global is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, whether written, verbal, or in person, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels (including senior stakeholders)
- Familiarity with Sales Tools: Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SimilarWeb, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Passion for Sales: A genuine enthusiasm for sales, coupled with resilience in the face of objections, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Intellectual Curiosity: An eagerness to learn and adapt in a rapidly evolving landscape, with a proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
- Fast-Paced Environment: A desire to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English: Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for engaging with decision-makers in APAC.
