For roles outside of the USA- This role requires basic experience in the Environmental Health & Safety & Health and Safety. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Desired Characteristics机械设计或自动化专业（偏机械设计，有自动化基础优先考虑），具有3年以上制造行业工装工具设计经验，有叶片行业经验优先考虑熟练掌握UG或CATIA/SolidWorks（UG优先）&CAD等三维建模和工程制图软件熟练使用ANSYS或ABAQUS进行有限元分析（静力学和动力学，主要工作为静力学）英语沟通能力，特别是读写能力较强的分析和解决问题的能力;以结果为导向;适应性强;自我激励;有团队合作精神Note:
