- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in data science, showcasing a strong portfolio of impactful work.
- Proven track record of mentoring and cultivating exceptional data scientists.
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with both data science and engineering teams to build innovative solutions.
- Ability to effectively interpret and communicate key insights from the Chinese Marketplace to a diverse, global audience.
- Adept at translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable roadmaps for business leaders.
- Proficiency in neural networks and deep learning frameworks/architectures.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed computing principles, particularly as they apply to data and optimization challenges.
- A problem-solving mindset coupled with a hands-on, proactive approach to tackling diverse challenges.
- Experience in working within a multinational organization or on cross-border projects.
- Familiarity with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and big data technologies.
