It also involves maintaining work orders, supporting KPI data collection, and document management.What You'll Be Doing
- Spare part management including spare part sourcing, inventory management, purchase order follows up 50%
- Maintenance work order management. (Emergency repairing work, preventive maintenance work, outsource contractor work etc)
- Engineer KPI data collection, Eng Document management and other assigned job.
- Master on Microsoft office such excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Experience on PO process, raise PO, follow up till to commence PO to supplier, spare part sourcing from outside mainland experience is preferred
- Basic understanding on maintenance management system is preferred
