You will check PR from plants, collect RFQ, create PO by following the instruction of SOP and release the PO to suppliers. Send PO related drawing to suppliers.2. You will follow and maintain PO's OA, and coordinate to get OTD from supplier, receive PO change application from plants, drive suppliers to meet the change request, maintain SAP and give feedback to applicants if necessary.3. You will support in NCR handling, GR issue and invoice issue handling. Payment in time.4. You will finish reports in agreed timeline. Achieve KPIs.5. You will support to drive performance improvement of suppliers with low performance.5. You will check PR from plants, create a PO by following the instructions of SOP, and release the PO to suppliers. Send PO-related drawings to suppliers.6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.7. You hold a bachelor and above of Japanese Major. 2. Having purchasing experience is preferred. 3. Fluent at ERP skill, with SAP system skill is preferred. 4.
