Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in achieving business unit Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement results by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring and consulting skills, and change management process.
  • Help our Key Accounts to establish DBS fundamentals and Lean system; utilize appropriate DBS tool to improve the efficiency and decrease cost at customer site; establish strategic collaboration relationship with Key Accounts through DBS communication.
  • Take ownership for Growth, drive incremental revenue growth through implementing DBS growth tools.
  • Build deep understanding of the market trend and segmentation, competition and customer needs, drive the development innovative solutions.
  • Proactively conduct productive and scalable DBS growth events (well planned, executed and sustained), implement, improve and sustain fundamental sales and marketing effectiveness processes including funnel management and transformative marketing, follow through the execution to ensure achieving favorable results.
  • Work with commercial teams to install and drive good daily management and problem-solving processes; build appropriate standard work and weekly/monthly performance scorecards for enhanced visual management; build growth culture and sustainability.
  • Train and facilitate process improvements by using various DBS tools to enable business and functional leaders to drive results. Work with leadership to establish key metrics and ensure processes are in place.
  • Build foundational daily management processes and analytics. Establish process, expectations and deploy into Pall business units to establish rigor around daily management to maximize growth, revenue and operating profit.
  • Drive the DBS Fundamentals and applicable tools throughout China.
  • Assist site / company leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap.
  • Directly provide DBS training, coaching and process development.
  • Ensure productive kaizen events.
  • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.
  • Promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership.
Education and/or Experience
  • 7+ years Commercial experience
  • BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view. Ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business.
  • Mastery of a variety of DBS tools
  • Superior communications skills
  • Very Good to Excellent English Skills (written and spoken)
  • Superior training skills and adult learning theory
  • Superior consulting/influencing skills.
  • Exposure to and participation in a wide variety of training environments
  • Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management.
