Analyst

• Lead and coordinate different functions to fulfil post-issuance administration duties for on-Exchange ABS transactions, including regulatory filing, periodic P&I distribution, periodic administration report, ongoing project supervision and information disclosure, project liquidation and audit, etc.
• Support in deal execution, including preliminary due diligence, design feasible plan, communicate and negotiate with clients and 3rd party agencies, prepare filing documents etc for asset securitization projects and bond projects.
• Support in deal origination and pitching, including project screening, design deal structure, pitchbook preparing etc.
• Cooperate with the expansion of sales resources to complete the underwriting of projects.
• Focus on research, development, design, and implementation on innovative varieties of asset securitization.
• Follow up the latest laws and regulations, regulatory trends, and market movements

• 1-3 year solid experience in on-Exchange ABS post-issuance administration and deal execution
• Fast-learning, problem-solving driven, possessing industry and product knowledge of ABS business
• Education - Bachelor or above
• Membership - Sac membership/qualification
• Languages- Chinese & English
