- Coordinate and support region to complete routine process lifecycle, e.g. sales forecast preparation with sales team, goods return and exchange, due diligence application & check, dealer’s agreement & authorization management etc.
- Support commercial team, work with CSR team to make order process smooth, help the team to conduct order status tracking
- Customer information management including new creation, adjustment, renew file and all the data maintain in the system (MDM/BPM/VAT)
- Carry out other projects or tasks assigned by manager & Support other tasks as needed
- Build effective communication on operation policy with customers & sales to ensure complete implementation
- Ability to work independently and good communication with external and internal customers to ensure business runs smoothly
- Think independently and put forward suggestions for improvement to help yourself and the team improve work efficiency
- Preferably in biotechnology or pharmaceutical related company
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, communication, analytical and teamwork skills
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Expert in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI Sales Force and ERP system
- Excellent verbal and written English is plus
