Responsible for mech, concept study , requirement analysis and SOR development,
Responsible for mech. structure design related to power module layout , EMC shielding and other electronic rules compliance (creeping distance, insulation distance)
Responsible for 2D , 3D drawings and process related development.
Responsible for mech . simulation(FEA)
Prepare related products FMEA , Focus matrix
Responsible for technical review and communication with customers and suppliers;
Support quality department to solve outsourcing quality problems and customer quality issues;
Qualifications
Master's degree or above, major in mechanical design, electrical engineering or electromechanical;
Deep understanding of the future technical direction of power electronic products in the automotive industry, familiar with industry technology trends;
Understanding of related tooling application, Ansys, ProE, UG,
Experience in power electronics mech. development for automotive motor controller
Strong communication skills, good teamwork, and good at coordinating internal and external resources
Passion for work, strong execution, strong independent work ability and innovation;
Good English Language Skills, both English literature and fluent discussion
