Financial Leadership & Strategy
  • Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and provide commercial insights to guide strategic decisions.
  • Support expansion, investment, and transformation initiatives through sound financial modeling and due diligence.
Financial Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee full finance function including accounting, tax, treasury, financial reporting, and internal audit.
  • Ensure strict compliance with HKEX listing rules, PRC regulatory standards, and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Act as the key liaison for external auditors, regulators, and internal audit committees.
  • Ensure internal controls and governance processes are robust, scalable, and transparent.
Capital Management & Fundraising
  • Lead capital structure optimisation, liquidity planning, and debt management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional banks to support fundraising and credit access.
  • Drive financing initiatives, including syndicated loans, credit lines, and working capital facilities from local banks in China.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support investor relations by preparing financial reports, announcements, and briefings for the board and shareholders.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, legal counsel, tax authorities, and auditors across China and Hong Kong.
  • Communicate effectively across local and regional teams to ensure strong cross-border financial integration.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams across China and Hong Kong.
  • Promote a strong culture of accountability, compliance, and business partnership throughout the organisation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 10 years working in Mainland China.
  • Strong audit foundation with prior experience in Big 4 or reputable audit firms is essential.
  • Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a manufacturing or industrial company, preferably in a Hong Kong-listed environment.
  • Deep understanding of HKEX requirements, IFRS, PRC GAAP, and local tax laws.
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and building strong relationships with local Chinese banks.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken); Cantonese is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between China and Hong Kong.
