- Setup final test capability to comply with product requirements
- Qualify subcon final test capability
- Production release of final test solutions and test programs
- Review engineering lots final test results to validate setup, test program and yield performance, failure verification
- Provide final test lot disposition on non-customer samples engineering lots
- Continuous improvement of Discrete final test
- To achieve cost reduction target via NLoP projects
- Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience on power semiconductor electrical final test engineering
- In-depth knowledge on power semiconductor electrical test methods and application
- Hardware and software skills on power semiconductor electrical test systems
- Knowledge and hands on experience on efficient use of electronic instruments – oscilloscope, curve tracer, network analyzer, LCR meters, source meters, DMM
- Computer proficiency – office and analytical applications
- Communication skills – fluent in English, written and conversation
