IC role, report to Sales Director...about the job.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious sales targets for our equipment components within the automotive manufacturing sector.Identify and cultivate relationships with key OEMs and system integrators in the automotive industry.Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients.Negotiate complex contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.Provide valuable market feedback to internal teams, influencing product development and strategy.skills and experience required.Proven track record of success selling equipment components (not general automotive parts) to OEMs or system integrators in the automotive manufacturing industry.Strong existing network and relationships with relevant decision-makers.Excellent technical aptitude to understand and explain complex mechanical components.Fluent English speaking ability is a must for effective communication with headquarters and international clients.Willingness and ability to travel over 70% of the time to client sites and industry events. 显示更多
