- BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Master’s in business or engineering will be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in International Business Development Environment.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel extensively in the region and work as a team player in a global team of professionals.
- Knowledge of heat exchangers, vacuum insulated lines and related equipment and services for LNG, H2, and Industrial Gases applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin)
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and business units to provide enterprise solutions to customers.
- Communicate proactively and transparently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment with aggressive deadlines and high customer expectations.
- Ability to utilize Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management software as well Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Achieve results as per heat exchanger functional unit market objectives and financial targets.

- Develop the business within your assigned region, as per guidelines of the Functional Unit giving each Product its best chance in the market.
- Ensure the full and detailed utilization of Salesforce (CRM)
- Nurture and strengthen customer relationship and loyalty, provide world class customer service.
- Report all market information related to technology, economy, regulations, competition, etc.
- Ensure that all Business Review Meetings with each responsible functional unit are conducted regularly with valuable and detailed information to support your profitable growth mission.
- Support in the management of distributors, partners, and Agents used in the assigned territory
- Focus on price management as a key factor to maximize profit levels, while minimizing your marketing cost.
- Ensure that you and your future team have the necessary tools to perform your job efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Plan routine visits to all our major customers, in order to build a long term mutually beneficial relationship.
- Proactively identify and follow up on customer problems internally and externally, in order to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our products’ reliability and service support.
- The territory will include all of China.
- Support the business in other territories, as required.
