
SRM (Sr) Manager

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good business acumen including knowledge and/or experience of market/channel/portfolio
- Good analytics, skilled use of Excel/PPT is a must, experience with Power BI is nice to have
- Good interpersonal, smart and reliable, effective communication and influencing skills
- Pricing, design value chain of NPDs, and support the creation of market portfolio pricing strategy
- PPA, conduct detailed pricing analysis across channels/pack types for opportunities, drive insights from external and internal pricing Landscape, partnering closely with Marketing
- Value creation, develop pricing realization plans with recommended actions and closed-loop tracking, partnering closely with Sales/Marketing
- Projects, co-pilot cross-function pricing/value chain projects, e.g. Trade Profitability Improvement with SDL, Trade Promotion Excellence with NCM/ODDA
- Digitalization, drive digitalization where automation routine is needed, partnership with DT/ODDA
