Follows up on inquiry calls; respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally.跟进客戶测试项目咨询并及时、专业地回复客户的询问。3. Work with Business support to bill clients in a timely, concise and profitable manner配合业务支持部门，以及时、简洁方式向客户提供咨询项目的测试费的报价。4. Familiar with related testing standards, and suggested test items as per different types of samples.熟悉相关欧盟美国及其他国家测试标准，并根据不同类型的试样提出测试项目。5. Provide estimated quote as per sample/ photo and client's requirement.根据样品/照片和客户的要求提供估计报价。6. Maintain up to date knowledge of procedures client's requirements, and technical subject matter and utilize that knowledge to provide superior service and manage program.保持对客户要求的程序和技术主题的最新知识，并利用这些知识提供优质的服务和管理程序。7. Accomplish the assignment given by manager or top management.完成经理或高级管理层分配的任务。Qualifications:1. Colleague or bachelor's degree.大专或学士学位。2. English with CET/4 in Fluent reading and speaking精通英語，要求CET-4或以上。
3. At least 6 years of experience in third party with customer service / engineer on Toys, Hardline, or Electric & Electronic Appliances.6年及以上第三方检测实验室玩具、杂货、或是电子电器的客服或是工程师工作经验者将优先考虑。4. Hardline / Electrical & Electronic Products background would be prioritized.具有杂货/电子电器产品技术背景会优先考虑。5. Good computer skills, like MS office.熟悉常规的办公室软件。
6.
