Portfolio Management
- Lead/assist Fund Manager in fund's new investments and disposition.
- Lead/assist Fund manager in fund's capital management, including cash management, financing/re-financing, distribution etc.
- Actively monitor operation and asset management of Fund's investment, liaise with internal stakeholders to optimize fund's and project's performance and resolve any issues/problems emerged.
- Responsible for investor reporting, including monthly financial/management reporting, annual budget and business plan and other reporting requirements.
- Arrange quarterly investor meeting, responsible for presentation and Q&A.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to conduct regular market research and analysis and report to investor.
- Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks/reports that may be required by investor from time to time.
Conduct fund raising activities across various strategies and products in China, including:
- Establish relationships with potential investors for the various fund initiatives within China and impel the cooperation with each other.
- Maintain relationship with investors both pre and post investment.
- Responsible for fund setup and other regulatory reporting requirement.
- Assist in the Financial Close process and settlement of transactions.

- Minimum Bachelor degree, preferred Master's degree in related field.
- 5+ years working experience (ideally in PERE companies) in financial analysis, accounting, investment or fund raising (fund management experience is a plus).
- Bilingual - Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
- Financial Modelling - Solid financial modelling skills, both operating and integrated models.
- Presentation - sound logical skills, ability to construct concise and comprehensive ppt presentation and present to wider internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong learning capabilities, dedication and ability to work independently.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.
- Team player, willingness to cooperate and coordinate.
- CPA or CFA qualification is preferred.
