  • To design and implementation of Leadership Management & people development
  • To design of career streams, competency model and other L&D related frameworks, and assist in OPR process, succession planning and development planning
Talent Acquisition
  • To provide ‘end-to-end’ support to business in hiring process
  • To coordinate with HR SSO in new staff on board and sign off process
HRBP
  • To implement culture & wellbeing initiatives within IAMC based on Group’s framework and AIA Life’s standards
  • To implement all necessary actions to achieve employee engagement, including IAMC HR’s communication framework
Roles and Responsibilities:Architect the leadership development framework under on Group HR’s framework and guideline, design and implement leadership programs to continuously build up IAMC management team’s leadership pipeline and capabilityDesign learning map for IAMC employees and roll out learning curriculumsPartner with business leaders and support HR head to facilitate IAMC OPR process and ensure the follow-up talent management actions (e.g. succession plans, development plan) are in place and executed effectivelyOrganise and run New Employee Orientation sessions to ensure new employees’ cultural fit-in from day 1Conduct Gallup engagement surveys across IAMC, analyse survey results and support HR head and business to identify improve areas and potential action plans neededCommunicate with external vendors on needs of leadership programs, learning curriculum, talent management workshops, employee engagement workshop etc. where neededProactively provide organizational development insights and expertise to business on daily basis regarding staffing, job design and talent development etc.Support business leaders in all aspects of HR practices, e.g. PDD, OPR, TCR, culture etc., and manage the execution of HR initiatives and process to ensure high-quality resultsWork closely with rest of the HR team to develop strategic, tailored and creative HR solutions to based on business’s needsSupport HR head to develop talent acquisition methodology, process and toolkits that fit for IAMC’s business needsFacilitate the ‘end-to-end’ talent acquisition process and support critical talents’ onboarding and fit-in planWorking closely with HR head and business leaders to manage employee relation issuesCollaborate with business functions on other assigned cross-functional projectsMinimum Job Requirements:Bachelor degree or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related fieldNo less than 8 years experience covering broad functional HR areas and 5 years of HR head experienceFull understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectivesGood interpersonal and communication skills with diverse peopleProblem solving / Drive for resultsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
