- To design and implementation of Leadership Management & people development
- To design of career streams, competency model and other L&D related frameworks, and assist in OPR process, succession planning and development planning
- To provide ‘end-to-end’ support to business in hiring process
- To coordinate with HR SSO in new staff on board and sign off process
- To implement culture & wellbeing initiatives within IAMC based on Group’s framework and AIA Life’s standards
- To implement all necessary actions to achieve employee engagement, including IAMC HR’s communication framework
