Lead the team to complete product development project and small customized product development project every year Evaluates project investment including resource, schedule, and budget Manages people resource and task on every NPD project and work Coach the member to solve the difficulty during the work Organizes training activities, develops team competency, and improves work efficiency and design quality Bachelor's or above degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Master degree is preferred Over 6 years power electronic product development experience, over 2 years engineering team leader experience Familiar with power electrical and electronic knowledge, UPS related product experience is preferred.
