- Guide the team in consulting on client requirements and proposing technology solutions and business cases; lead the evaluation, selection, and utilization of both new and existing tools and techniques.
- Serve as PMO for the China Digital Manufacturing Program, overseeing the umbrella project and ensuring alignment across sub-projects.
- Lead the team in designing, testing, and implementing technical projects in collaboration with IT staff.
- Ensure that all technology designs and implementations comply with established standards and processes.
- Manage IT demand and project activities, including tracking and reporting progress.
- Oversee IT-related demand budget planning and forecasting.
- Creates leadership positions in identifying and implementing new tools and techniques.
- Shares expertise and his/her broad experience in using modeling tools for multiple requirements.
- Implements best practices for functional and information analysis and maintains the requirements definition.

- Identifies and evaluates emerging technologies and advises clients regarding their potential business impacts.
- Effectively consults with and conveys technology concepts, business impacts and other advice to senior client levels.
- Trains others in developing technology business, channel management and client coaching.
- Leverages formal certifications in mastery of multiple areas of technology in demonstrating credibility for client consulting.
- Explains how the concept of a career path can be used to identify future desired roles.
