Responsible for routine analysis and new method development for AM's products of refrigerant, foam, polymer, fibers, coating and chemicals
Improve and localized analytical methods to meet the needs from local R&D activity, customer and business growth; Keep up with latest development of analytical methods and expertise, actively disclose the innovation on technology and method.
Work closely with global analytical, technology, R&D and procurement teams for customer issue resolution and sourcing qualification; Responsible for timely outsourcing service to minimize capability gap and achieve cost saving.
Ensure the compliance of HOS & HSE requirements; Ensure quality system, SOP, Statistical process chart, Proactive maintenance and Consumable inventory management, implemented and well maintained;
Strictly follow up the sample receiving process, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) and Chemical Inventory System (CIS);
Qualifications:Master degree or above with a minimum of 3 years of related testing and analytical experiences in chemical, petrochemical, refining, pharmaceutical, food, biochemical and 3rd party of testing service industries, major in analytical, applied, food, pharmaceutical, biological and environmental chemistry, as well as polymer or inorganic materials.
Adequate industrial experiences in chemical analysis or material characterization, R&D or QC. Familiar with AHRI, ASTM and GB methods and standards in chemical industries.
Skilled in GC, GC-MS with Headspace, Pyrolyzer and TG, HPLC, LC-MS-MS, IC, GPC. ICP-OES, ICP-MS, classic titration /wet chemistry including hydroxy value, COOH%, Amine%, grafting rate, and FTIR, UV-Vis, and K.F. Coulometry. Very familiar with different sample preparation technologies. The experience from SEM/EDX, NMR, XRD, XRF, thermal analysis and polymer mechanic testing will be a plus.
Good inter-personal communication and presentation skills; Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Strong ability of learning new and quick problem solving. Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated, with the environment of teamwork, customer focus and result driven.
