- Monitor power plant operating data to detect operational and hardware issues, providing corrective actions to minimize impact.
- Document and report observations to customers, offering recommendations to address detected findings.
- Support customers with on-demand operational issues, ensuring outstanding service delivery.
- Propose diagnostics rules to improve automatic abnormal operations alerts, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with our service and engineering organizations during scheduled and forced outages.
- Travel to sites to perform troubleshooting or fix issues, ensuring seamless operations and customer happiness.
- Bachelor, Master, or similar engineering degrees in Mechanical, Electric, Control Engineering, or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of Gas Turbine technology and/or power plant technology.
- Good understanding of the fundamentals of turbo machinery equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Basic knowledge of I&C, hot commissioning, and combustion tuning is beneficial.
- Proficiency in German or other Asian languages (e.g., Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
- A drive to find the best technical solutions to improve customer happiness, develop recommendations based on both practical and theoretical experience.
