Job Overview 综述:Responsible for logistics related activities, including truck arrangement, warehouse management to ensure the on-time shipment between plants/warehouses and on time delivery to customers.This position needs to manage the performance of external suppliers while fostering strong partnerships across multiple internal functions, including Customer Experience, Sales, Logistics Procurement, S&OP, Finance team and other relevant stakeholders. Proactively share expertise and technical skills within the team to ensure seamless order to delivery execution. Responsibilities 职责:
  • Timely handling and tracking of internal and external orders that need to be arranged.
  • Effectively manage external vendors to ensure them follow the SOP aligned with Celanese.
  • Complete the SAP operations related to logistics timely and accurate and assist the vendors and internal stakeholders in handling SAP logistics-related anomalies.
  • Complete warehouse inventory counts on time to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate the Quality Notification process, ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints, and deliver solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Adhere to SOX Compliance requirements.
  • Confirm the billing report from vendors and enter the cost in SAP timely.
  • Support projects and optimizing processes, with a strong aptitude for partnering with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional process alignment.
  • Quick to adapt to and integrate organizational changes effectively.
  • Support other business activities as required by supervisor.
