- BA/BS with 6+ years of experience or MBA/MS with 5+ years of experience or PhD/JD with 1+ year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of relevant experience
- Strong people management skills and the ability to effectively lead teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills, enabling interpretation of complex data and informed decision-making
- Effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
- Experience in strategic planning and project management within a complex, global environment
- A Master’s degree coupled with relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively
- Ability to develop a talent base of high-performing professionals and managers
- Experience in driving consistent quality standards in line with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
