Job Purpose and ImpactDefine and execute the commercial and sales strategy for the value-added business, build and
scale teams to deliver revenue and profit, and develop long-term customer partnerships. The role
requires strategic breadth, structured problem-solving, and authentic communication to align
internal and external stakeholders, translate insights into executable account/channel strategies,
and deliver key programs while representing the company's value proposition.Key Accountabilities
  • Commercial & Sales Strategy: Translate industry foresight and competitive insights into
commercial and account strategies with clear milestones and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Development & Management: Lead account strategy, build multi-level relationship
maps, and drive share-of-wallet and profitability across strategic accounts to achieve sales
targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and scale the value-added commercial team, set clear goals and
operating rhythm; develop talent to sustain a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear
communication and smooth execution; serve as a critical connector with global teams to
provide country-level commercial insights.
  • Marketing Leadership: Lead the Value-Added marketing teams, ensuring seamless and
efficient collaboration with commercial teams to accelerate asset utilization and strengthen
branding in target segments.
  • Program/Project Management: Provide business-lead ownership of cross-functional projects.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related field;
  • 10+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of people leadership;
  • Proven account strategy and new business development capability with consistent target
achievement;
  • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem analysis with industry foresight;
  • Solid project/program management experience;
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; able to communicate effectively at the executive level;
  • High integrity with an authentic, candid communication style.
