- Performs accounting tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions and managing fixed assets.
- Maintains accurate and timely financial information for group reporting, management analysis and statutory purposes.
- Ensures accounting transactions and reporting in compliance with the local accounting laws and regulations as well as the company policies and guidelines.
- Responsible for account payables and receivables ensuring complete supporting documents according to company guidelines, principles.
- Reviews all the Concur reports, ensures Travel and Entertainment expenses are used in compliance with company policy and performs monthly Traveling & Entertainment report.
- Inputs into SAP system properly and accurately accordance with chart of account and respective cost centers in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Reviews all line-item bookings monthly, makes adjustments, if needed, completes month-end closing package.
- Manages fixed asset registration & responsible for physical fixed asset count, maintains IFRS16 records.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation with bank. Manage and update bank account signatory and other business communication.
- Prepares financial reports for group reporting and cost management analysis.
- In charge of updating the required payment information of procurement tracking.
- Maintains internal accounting website.
- Performs system testing and supports data migration, maintains finance related system, if needed.
- Follows the local accounting laws and Group’s tax compliance guidelines and manages the overall tax compliance governance of the LO together with Hong Kong Head Quarter Taxation team.
- Responsible for Input VAT verifications, electronic tax bureau website information and signatory updates, and onsite tax consultation.
- Provides all the information required for any internal/external audit.
- Assists regular expense report trainings.
- Leads or assists general ad hoc projects for liaison office activities.

- Well-versed with MS Office applications. SAP is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Demonstrated record as a team player
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 5-year experience in general accounting or accounts payable in multinational environment
- Good knowledge in Chinese Accounting Standard and International Finance Report Standard
- Experience in accounting system upgrade or process review will be an advantage
