- Design and develop advanced visualization applications for marine and offshore industry with focus on:
- Visualization for effective understanding of complex simulation results
- Application of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), or Mixed Reality (MR) for simulation, training, inspection/survey, condition monitoring, and operation support.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support identification of their operational challenges and data visualization needs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in visualization and digital twin, generate new project ideas that differentiate our tools in the market.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams such as data scientists, engineers, surveyors, and maritime subject matter experts to build robust, user-friendly, and impactful visualization applications.
- Lead the testing, deployment, and scaling of visualization applications to ensure their reliability and security across different platforms and devices.
- Provide technical support, training and onboarding to technical and non-technical users.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Data Science, or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency in visualization and graphics software development tools such as Unity3D, Unreal Engine, D3.js, Three.js, WebGL, or similar.
- Experience in developing visualization or digital twin applications including the use of AR, VR, or MR
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and self-motivation with a creative mindset for identifying and overcoming challenges and delivering quality solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, and able to work effectively in a team environment and engage with non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the maritime industry such as the operational needs and challenges faced by maritime stakeholders is preferred.
