- Collaborating with the China Sales team to structure strategic, complex deals with a focus on pricing optimization, licensing models, and contract terms.
- Reviewing and approving non-standard deal requests, ensuring alignment with company policies, financial objectives, and revenue recognition standards.
- Maintaining and enforcing deal desk policies, approval matrices, and discounting frameworks.
- Partnering with Finance, Legal, Product, and CCO to facilitate smooth and compliant deal execution.
- Supporting the development of scalable deal desk tools and enhancements.
- Driving continuous improvement in the quote-to-cash lifecycle, focusing on automation, efficiency, and visibility.
- Providing guidance and training to sales teams on deal desk processes, licensing frameworks, and strategic deal packaging.
- Ensuring required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented.
- Ensuring sales requests are processed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner with strong focus during period-end deadlines.
- Researching North Asia market conditions and using cases to provide data-driven insights on market trends/technologies, competitor offerings, usage-based pricing, and compliance implications to provide recommendations on the optimal value extraction for HERE products and services.
- Performing analysis of existing HERE business models for North Asia and providing recommendations to the Licensing Development and Intelligence team for improvement to reflect the changing environment of location-based services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related fields.
- 5+ years of validated experience in deal desk functions, sales operations, finance, or business strategy—preferably in a SaaS or enterprise technology, Automotive company.
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, and revenue recognition.
- Experience analyzing competitive licensing strategies and adapting deal structures accordingly.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Customer Price Quote platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and MS Office tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
