- Oversee printing and film bag-making workshops, optimize end-to-end workflows
- Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of printing/converting equipment
- Resolve quality issues with QA team using 8D/5Why methodologies
- Apply Six Sigma tools to reduce waste and standardize processes
- Translate sales requirements into production specs (e.g. film optics/mechanical properties)
- Lead NPI projects from prepress design to mass production
- Manage 50+ production staff with KPIs and training programs
- Enforce 5S and EHS standards for zero-accident workshop
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Printing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years in film converting industry with 1+ year of converting workshop management experience
- Expertise in flexographic/gravure printing processes; 1+ year hands-on experience with printing equipment (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of prepress technology, printing processes, and equipment
- Strong command of printing industry standards and innovations
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel for data collection and in-depth analysis (e.g. regression analysis/automated reporting)
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization (preferred)
- Advanced PowerPoint skills to independently develop training materials and deliver performance/project presentations
- Ability to conduct/participate in English technical meetings
- Mastery of technical English terminology in printing (e.g. dot gain/anilox roll specifications)
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g. SAP/Oracle)
