- Translate and implement the Group IT strategy and vision into agile execution plans proactively eliminating barriers to progress by connecting delivery teams and business teams
- Strategically lead CTC company-wide agile delivery function to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives by defining agile methodology and developing best practice to Scrum Master teams.
- Cultivate a culture of experimentation, psychological safety, and continuous learning, empowering teams to evolve their practices while maintaining alignment with group standards.
- Champion best agility practice by influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers in Group IT and Shared Services to adopt adaptive ways of working, anchored in measurable outcomes and clear stakeholder engagement aligned with GO Platform Strategy.
- Lead development team in managing delivery programs for 4 platforms for markets and GO, while also providing guidance to the Scrum Masters of 4 platforms, including Opus, Omne, Cube and OneMod.
- Drive agile transformation by embedding agile mindsets, behaviors, and delivery excellence throughout the organization, enabling faster value realization and improved cross-functional collaboration.
- Engage stakeholders across four key domains digital, operations, data, and shared services to refine platform alignment, ensuring unified practices, shared goals, and synchronized delivery outcomes.
- Develop and scale the Agile Center of Excellence, acting as the steward of agile thought leadership, coaching capability, and best practice dissemination in CTC.
- Manage and mentor Scrum Masters, ensuring effective agile execution in strategic programs.
- Initially lead team resource allocation, delivery priorities, and agile practices with stakeholders across group and business unit initiatives.
- Design and refine the agile methodology and guidance continuously optimizingagile processes including framework selection (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Foster strategic alignment through close collaboration with business leaders, project teams, and IT functions.
- Develop an agile community and a series educational activities such as agile workshops, sharing sessions, and engagement activities to promote agile awareness.
- Define and prioritize the definition of CTC agile metrics to enable data-driven decision-making through systematic tracking and reporting.
- Advocate agile values throughout all levels of the organization and drive change management efforts.

- Decide which agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS) are most appropriate for strategic initiatives and ensure contextual adoption across countries and platforms.
- Make decisions on Scrum Master staffing, development plans, and deployment to key strategic programs across geographies.
- Define and align delivery processes across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent execution and efficient resource use.
- Establish the phased roadmap for enterprise agile maturity progression, including key milestones, diagnostics, and transformation activities.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in agile roles with 5+ years in strategic leadership.
- Proven track record in leading agile transformations within complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience in scaled agile implementations and driving agile maturity.
- Advanced agile certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Expert preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, team dynamics, and Agile delivery metrics.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM II/III, A-CSM, or SAFe-related credentials are highly preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills..
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, with the ability to adapt practices contextually.
- Strong knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles, estimation techniques, backlog refinement, and team delivery metrics.
- Skilled in Agile coaching and team facilitation, able to nurture high-performing, self-organizing teams through mentoring and servant leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong ability to interpret and act on Agile metrics like velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and lead time to improve performance and transparency.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in Agile delivery, team dynamics, and organizational agility, including knowledge of cross-team or enterprise Agile frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Nexus, Spotify model).
