Project Manager-Treasury Backoffice(Swift) -International Bank

• Support digital program specialists in building systems supporting treasury business areas, such as SWIFT systems etc.
• Participate in demand planning, impact assessment, feasibility studies, and cost estimation of the project. Support solution design and full project cycle delivery.
• Provide operation support for IT systems used by Treasury Department, including but not limited to implementing new initiatives and process changes, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
• Work with various teams - such as infrastructure, data management, IT security, and risk management - to assist a smooth roll out of products and services to users and maintain a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring.
• Ensure that processes comply with IT governance processes and procedures and company's audit and control requirements.
• Manage vendors, which includes procurement, contracting, performance management, etc

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT project management experience or equivalent. Maximum 15 years working experience.
• Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in managing digital application implementation projects for Treasury businesses in financial service industry
• Experience with Treasury applications in financial service industry, such as SWIFT
• Experience with cloud-based SWIFT solutions is a big advantage.
