As part of this position, you will independently take on tasks for various topics in the area of accounting and controlling within the BEUMER Group. You will go through short assignments in important interface areas such as our operations departments. At least 2 practical assignments will take place in our foreign subsidiaries, where you will not only gain professional experience but also build your network within the BEUMER Group.

You will get to know modern controlling in a globally operating company.
You will work closely with group companies and ensure high-quality, transparent, and integrated reporting according to Group IFRS standards.
You will act as the interface to colleagues in foreign subsidiaries in day-to-day business and conduct regular business discussions.
You will support the introduction of ERP systems as well as new accounting and controlling concepts and serve as a competent contact person.
You will ensure smooth monthly and quarterly reporting processes and annual forecasting through good teamwork.
You will conduct analyses on financial statements with high personal responsibility and motivation.

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, 2024 graduates and 2021-2023 graduates with around 3 years working experience is also acceptable.
You have successfully completed your studies in business administration with a focus on controlling, accounting, and/or finance.
You have gained valuable practical experience through working or internships in the areas of controlling or accounting.
You are familiar with IFRS and local GAAP and have a strong understanding of numbers with business orientation.
You have initial international experience, for example through a semester abroad or an internship, and are willing to go abroad for several months.
You are characterized by an analytical and problem-solving approach to work, enjoy teamwork, and are communicative.
You have a high affinity for IT and enjoy working with ERP systems.
You bring a high interest in the business fields and processes of an industrial company.
Good English skills (CET 6, IELTS 6.0 or above).
Ideally, you have already come into contact with questions of international tax law (e.g., transfer pricing).
