Exterior System Engineer (Wiper and glass) 雨刮和玻璃系统工程师

• Exterior Engineer on component and system for wiper, clearning and clearing system, glass etc
• Develop wiper system and glass system with suppliers, verify vehicle validaton results in collaboration with relevant stakeholders,
• Enable exterior concept fit to the customers and contribute to the industrial competition
• Coordination and realization work for industralization of MB passenger cars
• Support change management/plant and after sales part issue solving of Exterior parts of MB passenger cars

• Developing China specific parts and manage part localization projects from concept definition to part release with handover to series production
• Evaluate and verify localized parts maturity as qualified components resonpible person in China and serve as a contact person for both RD Germany and Joint Venture BBAC regarding technical issues
• Assist pilot runs,try outs and series productions of Mercedes-Benz cars at production plant with technical support and profound knowledge
• Support of the on-time introduction of local and imported parts for our current and future Mercedes-Benz proects in China
• Work together with cross-functional departments like product planning, quality, and logistics, set up project milestones as well as coordinate activities to pursue tight time schedules
• Take part in different technical and project meeting and present the result
• Fulfill requirements of homologation processes and introduce new parts successfully to Chinese market

• University degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related directions

• Minmum 3 years work experience on vehicle components/mechanical components like wiper or etc.

• Solid CAD knowledge (Siemens NX preferable, at least very good knowledge of Catia/Pro E and willing to learn new CAD system)
• Technical knowledge on exterior components/electrical components are preffered
• Familiar with development process and production processes
• Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German is preffered
• Strong planning and organizational skills, supplier management skill
• Good communication skill and problem solving skill
• High commitment for automobiles and Self-responsible working attitude and initiative
• Willingness to travel domestic and abroad to prepare propare and support launches at suppliers
