- Lead high-impact Growth, Campaign, and Landing Page initiatives
- Integrate AI deeply into the end-to-end design workflow (research → ideation → prototyping → delivery)
- Translate business goals into measurable design hypotheses
- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, conversion optimization)
- Maintain strong visual craft under high production velocity
- Contribute to the evolution of our Design System and modular architecture
- Share workflows, tools, and learnings to uplift the entire team.
- 4+ years of product or growth design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma and design systems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, generative tools, automation workflows, etc.)
- Proven experience in data-driven optimization
- Have AI Integration,Strong Data Mindset and Strong Visual Craft
- Front-end knowledge
- Public sharing (articles, talks, open workflows)
- Side projects involving AI or experimentation
- Experience in high-velocity, cross-functional environments
- Portfolio (with at least one data-driven optimization case)
- A short description of your AI workflow
- One recent skill, tool, or concept you proactively learned

- 具备前端基础或 AI 原型生成能力
- 有公开分享（文章 / 社群 / 内部分享）
- 有 AI 或实验类 side project
- 有高节奏、跨团队合作经验
- 作品集（至少包含一个数据优化案例）
- 一段 AI 工作流说明
- 最近主动学习的一项技能或工具
