Responsible for customer return part analysis.(include ABS/ESP/WSS)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer return part analysis
Labcar program upgrade and calibration
Labcar muster management
New project information setup (failure list,labcar configuration file)
Field / 0km return parts analysis process edit
Technical support CQE (include resident CQE)
Support customer for troubleshooting on site.
Support compliance to ISO/TS16949 requirements
Support meeting plant and departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Minimum 2 years technical experience
Knowledge/Skills:QS-9000/ISO-TS-16949
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
