- Providing advanced technical support and guidance to customers and Channel Partners, ensuring timely and high-quality service that boosts customer satisfaction and productivity.
- Owning customer problems, proactively engaging with selected accounts to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to their business and engineering needs.
- Participating in presales activities, supporting sales campaigns, and articulating the value proposition of Simulation & Analysis(S&A) Electromagnetics software (HFSS/SIwave/Q3D/Circuit).
- Collaborating with product development teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into new product capabilities; testing new releases on industrial problems.
- Scoping and delivering professional services, including simulation best practices, solutions, and FAQs for the knowledge base.
- Sharing knowledge and creating best practices through internal corporate initiatives, supporting both discipline-specific and cross-disciplinary learning.
- Facilitating and conducting webinars, presentations, and technical workshops for a variety of audiences, including senior managers and C-level executives.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by providing expert technical support and solutions.
- Driving software adoption and revenue growth through effective presales and professional service engagements.
- Accelerating product innovation by translating customer feedback and requirements into actionable improvements for Simulation & Analysis(S&A) software.
- Building strong relationships with key regional accounts, influencing their engineering workflows and decision-making processes.
- Contributing to the creation and dissemination of simulation best practices, enriching the knowledge base and supporting team development.
- Elevating Synopsys' reputation as a trusted advisor and partner in the electromagnetics and engineering simulation space.
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives, helping to drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Electromagnetics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years (Bachelor's), 3 years (Master's), or equivalent professional experience in a relevant engineering domain.
- Deep expertise in EM simulation techniques and hands-on experience with Simulation & Analysis(S&A) Electromagnetics software (HFSS/SIwave/Q3D/Circuit) or similar commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM packages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate webinars and present technical content to diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with demonstrated skills in technical writing and presentation.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Curious, proactive, and customer-focused, with a passion for solving engineering challenges.
