Job Description:Company：

Our client is a reputable manufacturing MNC.

Job Description：

To be responsible for daily management of finance departments of two plants in HN and trading companies in Beijing and Shanghai
To review the monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports of each company,
To prepare or review the analysis reports of each company (based on actual status of the companies).
To review contracts in each company.
To lead the budget preparation of each company and to report to the CFO and the GM.
To lead and monitor the year end stocktaking of each company.
To assist in cost analyses demanded by the management.
To assist in interaction with finance departments of all possible cooperation parties under the guidance from CFO.
To be responsible for and to coordinate the audits of all entities, to communicate with all types of external organizations.
To continuously improve and escalate the capability and performance of all finance departments.
To travel regularly to different companies.
Any other ad hoc tasks from management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in accounting/finance management or related.
At least 10 years' working experience and at least 3 years' experience in manager position.
Finance experience in manufacturing is a must.
Being familiar with PRC GAAP/IFRS and tax laws and regulations, good understanding of financial management and analysis knowledge.
Strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous work, good teamwork spirit,
Good interpersonal skills and management skills.
Good command of both verbal and written English.
