  • Support industrial design strategy from concept to production, driving product form development through early concepting, sketches, CAD models, and iterative prototyping.
  • Collaborate deeply with Marketing, Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing to balance design intent with feasibility, cost, and timelines.
  • Work with our User Research team to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives.
  • Have a strong sense for design, ensuring the work is strategic, aesthetically appealing, improves the experience of users, and supports business goals.
  • Maintain a high quality bar across your category and influence the broader design organization while aligning manufacturing constraints with design quality through close partnership with Engineering.
About YouMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design or related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional taste, ideation, and execution.
  • 5+ years related experience in the field of industrial design and manufacturing, familiar with the whole development process from front design to production.
  • Proficient in design innovation and managing the design process from conception through to production.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (Creo, etc.), Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (KeyShot).
  • Strong design fundamentals, experience with human-centered design and ergonomic principles, and the ability to translate strategy into usable design prototypes.
  • Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production constraints.
  • Great English communication skills: verbal and written.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in retail technology, robotics, autonomous systems, or other physical AI domains.
  • Experience integrating hardware components (cameras, depth sensors, scales) and leading calibration/validation workflows.
  • Experience with master modeling for CAD co-development with Mechanical Engineering.
  • Understanding of how hardware design influences user interaction, including physical-digital touchpoints.
  • Proven ability to empathize and balance needs of multiple (internal and external) users, define problems, ideate solutions, prototype concepts, and test iteratively.
  • Experience helping to create or work within a physical design language that scales across a hardware portfolio.
  • Knowledge of rapid prototyping (3D printing, CNC machining).
  • Familiarity with Figma, Google Suite, and/or Microsoft Teams a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, deliver, and adapt to complex projects within tight deadlines in a global team environment.
  • Demonstrates 2D design skills with strong sketching and Gen AI exploration while maintaining design intent.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, Vizcom or equivalents.
