- Develop and prepare commercial offer in collaboration with sales, offer and engineering teams.
- Analyze tender documents to identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
- Negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing with external customers to secure favorable agreements aligned with business objectives.
- Structure pricing strategies for offer by analyzing costs, market conditions, and customer value propositions.
- 40% Sales Operations & Financial Reporting
- Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor key business metrics, sales performance, and market trends.
- Support digitalization initiatives by contributing to the improvement of commercial processes and the adoption of business intelligence tools.
- Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting activities to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
- 20% Commercial Order & Contract Execution
- Process incoming customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring all commercial data is correctly maintained in SAP.
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, payment tracking, and resolving any financial discrepancies.
- Serve as the primary commercial liaison between customers, production, and logistics to communicate delivery schedules and manage expectations.
- Ensure fulfillment of all contractual obligations and manage contract amendments or scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
- Experience in contract management, sales operations, bid management, or a similar commercial role.
- Experience working within a multinational manufacturing or technology environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for order management and reporting.
