- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for both BU and HQ.
- Provide variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and commentary to management.
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to support decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for BU and HQ functions.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
- Support long-range planning and scenario modelling.
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization across warehousing, transportation, and HQ functions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain and improve internal control process.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Above 3 years of experience in finance controlling, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin communications
