Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.As our new TKAM-Cooling, you will be serving as a technical expert for cooling OEM business in China, providing direct and indirect technical support to sales teams and customers to commercialize iSolutions and E-pumps while advancing Grundfos's SBTi ambitions. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Industry Cooling OEM, China team, you'll create impact by Collaborating with IT cooling OEMs and internal teams to co-create innovative, energy-efficient pump solutions that accelerate customer adoption and drive measurable sustainability outcomes..Your main responsibilities include:

Provide technical support to drive commercialization of iSolutions, E-pumps, and SBTi initiatives for Cooling OEM customers, contributing to sales volume and contribution targets
Co-create with cooling OEMs-especially IT cooling customers-to accelerate the OEM All-E process and identify value-added service opportunities
Develop key offerings including iSolution technical recommendations, value propositions, and commercial strategies to penetrate designated customer verticals
Prepare and deliver training to sales teams and customers on iSolutions, E-pumps, energy efficiency, and system optimization
Act as the regional voice of local customer needs and market trends to Global Product, Marketing, and Solution functions, ensuring alignment between local requirements and global strategy
Collaborate with CSSC, Operations, Global SD, Marketing & Solution, and Product Development to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded

What makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a technically strong professional with a solid background in pump or cooling-related industries, a passion for energy-efficient solutions, and proven ability to bridge technical expertise with commercial success in cross-functional environments. We would also imagine that you have:

Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electrical automation, or HVAC)
Proven track record of successful technical support in pump or cooling-related industrial business
Solid technical background in electric automation (VFD, PLC, Controller) or pump industry
Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration and technical leadership in local and regional settings

It is a plus if you also:

IT cooling industry background or experience with data center cooling applications
Experience working with OEM key accounts and developing framework agreements
Familiarity with sustainability targets (SBTi) and energy-efficient product strategies
