- Develop and execute the mid- and long-term strategy and annual business plan for the Software Center, including full P&L responsibility.
- Drive software engineering excellence and lean processes to meet customer needs in terms of speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the design and execution of the software technology roadmap and competence management initiatives to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Foster innovation in software products, solutions, processes, and business models in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent leadership in building and managing a sizable, high-performing team with a strong talent pipeline.
- Experience in engineering, AI, or a related field is preferred, with at least 5 years in leadership role in a sizable organization.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with a customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage in an international environment.
