Position OverviewAs an IT Technical Analyst, you will bridge business needs with technical solutions by designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven analytics and BI systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., data scientists, business stakeholders) to translate requirements into scalable data pipelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enabling data-driven decision-making.Core ResponsibilitiesAI/BI Solution Development & MaintenanceDevelop and optimize SQL/Python-based data pipelines for machine learning, predictive analytics, and BI reporting.Implement and manage Snowflake data warehousesincluding performance tuning, cost optimization, and dynamic data masking.Automate ETL workflows using Python (Pandas/NumPy) to ensure real-time data accuracy and reduce manual intervention .2.Business Analysis & Technical TranslationAnalyze business requirements to design functional specifications and system architecture documentsLead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT) to validate solutions against performance metrics (e.g., response time, concurrency)3.System Operations & SupportMonitor AI/BI system health, resolve incidents (e.g., data anomalies, performance bottlenecks), and provide Tier-2 on-call support .Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, runbooks, recovery protocols) to ensure knowledge continuityTechnology Optimization & InnovationEvaluate and integrate emerging tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Power BI) to enhance system capabilitiesImplement Snowflake optimization strategies (e.g., resource monitoring, Stream/Task scheduling) to reduce costs and ensure compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001)Soft SkillsAnalytical Thinking: Decompose complex problems and design actionable solutionsCommunication: Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-team consensusAdaptability: Thrive in agile environments with evolving priorities and tight deadlinesEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.1–5 years in IT roles involving data analysis, system integration, or cloud infrastructure.
