
Sales Supervisor (West, Shaanxi)

- Develops and explores business opportunities in different market segment in the territory
- Sells and promotes moderately complex company products
- Achieves the sales target for responsible area
- Develops relationships with key accounts and general customers, dealers
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Involves technical personnel and resources to resolve customers' issues and problems as needed
- May develop and track project plans
- Attends seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s business and know the industry and competitors
- Other tasks assigned by line manager
- External contacts for this position include hospital, laboratory, university and dealers.
- Internal contacts include Marketing, CVS, CAS, Fin etc. associates.
- A university graduate in science and preferably in medical laboratory technology
- Able to read and write English
- Good computer skills
- A minimum of three years’ experience in selling with successful sales track record
- Previous experience in diagnostic industry is preferred
- Obtains required learning and additional expertise to expand repertoire of skills
- Prioritizes assigned work assuring milestones are achieved
- Focuses energy on meeting key targets to achieve quality results
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong motivation and initiative in making progress, goal oriented
- Be able to work under pressure, self-controlled
- Systematically gathers relevant information, considers a broad range of issues or factors
- Effectively communicates with external contacts to ensure positive outcomes
- Uses understanding of the customer's needs and expectations to identify and suggest ideas or enhancements
- Searches for ways to increase customer satisfaction
