Ultimately, we strive to promote absolute skin health by empowering all who seek authentic, natural, and ageless beauty.The China Marketing Manager role at Noble Panacea is a strategic and hands-on leadership position responsible for driving the brand’s marketing performance across China. Reporting to the Asia Marketing & Digital Director, the role covers end-to-end execution of marketing strategy including product marketing, social media, influencer (KOL/KOC) management, PR/events, digital media planning, and budget tracking. It requires close collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams to tailor brand content to local cultural standards, lead impactful NPD launches, and ensure omnichannel marketing integration across platforms like Tmall, RED, and Douyin. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in luxury beauty marketing, possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, and be fluent in English. This position demands both strategic agility and operational execution to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales performance in a highly competitive market.Strategy & Planning
  • Lead the annual marketing strategy proposal, calendar planning.
  • Lead the monthly budget reconciliation by tracking spend, forecast and actuals.
  • Work collaboratively with the Global Marketing Division and the local multi-functional sales, digital, ecommerce and trade team to deliver and execute the marketing plan.
  • Co-work with the team on business analysis of evaluating marketing impact on sales channels including Little Red Book, Live Sellers on Red, Tmall cross-border, Tmall Domestic, Live Sellers on Tmall Domestic and B&M.
  • Input on monthly market meeting overview to summarise learnings to move investment choices monthly or quarterly based on strategy, hypothesis and market results.
Brand Content Support:
  • Leverage the Global Assets created from Global Creative Team and Global Social Team to meet local needs. Work with these Creative teams to ensure the China market standards of beauty, turn of phrase, format, cultural cues are all met.
  • Define and co-lead excellent execution of any market requirement local asset creation shoot to be in line with Global Brand Guidelines.
  • Ensure all assets and content comply with local Chinese regulations and requirements.
Social Media:
  • Lead, align and execute social media strategy from planning to execution, in compliant with corporate brand communication goals and guidelines.
  • Lead the Influencer Marketing and paid media tactics for each marketing campaign, lead the creation of Influencer marketing brief for each campaign with social agencies.
  • Manage brand owned social platform WeChat, Weibo, Red, Douyin with the help of social agency.
  • Regularly monitor social media trends, market insights, explore new social media platform, social listening tools, and competitor information acquirement.
  • Weekly & monthly social platform review with the readership & social followers’ growth.
  • Solid knowledge regarding social measurements and industry benchmark.
  • Strong copywriting capability to lead social agency for social articles drafting & proof reading. Strong sense of creative ideation to gain buzz for the brand accounts.
  • Maintain in-house influencer pool for skincare brands.
Digital Media:
  • By campaign media budget planning and execution with the help of media agency to achieve awareness, engagement, sampling and traffic driven to the business.
  • Traditional, digital and social media planning, buying and tracking.
  • Strong sense of digital/social media trends, sensitive to the competitor & industry newness. Media deep dive and competitor monitoring.
  • Work closely with EC channel for in-site & out-site media campaign, EC marketing activity and content development to win for key sales point.
KOL Management:
  • Fully understand China KOL / KOC landscape across all social platforms, being able to come up with KOL / KOC strategy.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage KOL / KOC with social agencies.
  • Build solid and trackable social KOL/ KOC measurement standard to ensure the success of influencer marketing for the whole group.
  • Source, identify and build sustainable partnership with paid social platforms, KOL and brand advocates in a holistic social marketing management.
  • Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure campaign plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery.
  • Deeply understand the detailed tactics of KOL management, be able to drive traffic to online/offline sales touchpoints through social / KOL activities, and to evaluate the effectiveness with measurable KPIs.
Product Marketing:
  • Excellent product image, claim support for every launch. Support on PDP pages on both online and offline.
  • Strong training for Live-Sellers and KOL with core brand brief showing luxury world, high produced presentation and product education.
  • Lead excellent NPD launches with teaser, 360’ campaign to maximise trial, drive customer engagement and deliver a strong brand impression.
  • Deliver winning base strategies to win on Science and Deep-Tech such as potential partnerships with key local experts, press coverage, awards and local interviews for CTO and CEO.
  • Manage relationships with the agencies for a win:win collaborative, data-driven with cut-through strong creative.
RequirementsEducation & Experience:
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • 8-10 years experience, brand or agency side, with strong leadership case studies in social/digital and product building.
  • Relevant brand experience in luxury and beauty. Experience on beauty industry is a must.

  • Strong English language skills.
  • Must know what good looks like when it comes to best in class aligned communication and brand messaging, across multiple channels, paid and owned.
  • Must be able to navigate a global organization, working with multiple stakeholders and agency partners to deliver creative assets and content that performs.
  • Hands on leadership style, must be as much a ‘doer’ as an ‘orchestrator. Must know their way around the systems and tools required to get the job done, be able to dive in, whilst also shaping long term plans and creating the right conditions for success.

  • Strength in analyzing performance reports, business data and trends. Able to make recommendations and business cases as a result.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance trial, brand equity, search uplift on all retail and social channels, customer engagement, and grow a strong foundation for the future health of Noble Panacea China.
