- Support bidding activities such as prepare bidding commercial documents, list commercial deviation, pay award fee etc.
- Offer price checking (project cost completeness, gross profit monitoring etc.)
- The review and approval of sales contracts, frame contract, strategic cooperate agreement, handle all commercial contract concerns raised by sales/offer PM, etc.
- Ensure the sales price, credit terms and customer quality in the sales contract is aligned with company authorization.
- Get lawyer's consult for special terms in contract. get Tax officer consult for export business and onshore service etc.
- Ensure the customer master, price agreement and project information can be filled in ERP system correctly.
- Review price/contract terms/credit terms/customer quality for different level authorization before signing.
- Cooperate with other functions such as Supply Chain/Treasury /Insurance in case of special terms to make sure the operability of the contract.
- Prepare monthly sales related report and forecast and related analysis report (i.e. hit rate) for offer PM and commercial controlling.
- Maintain customer relationship via different channels such as global customer day/customer visit.
- Project controlling, project risk evaluation & control from commercial/financial/legal aspects.
- Project cost review on a monthly basis regarding the deviations between Offer Phase /Order Entry / Revenue recoginition.
- Coordinate with PM to identify/control project potential risk as well as their impact and submit/track risk reports accordingly.
- Project change management/ Customer claim management.
- Order on Hand (OoH) Management and unbilled cost review.
- Contract review and cost control incl. Revenue FC, Gross Margin rate control, WIP, AR etc.
- SAP Operation e.g. Projects/Sales Order/Billing/DN/ Project maintain in SAP;
- Prepare payment collection required documents such as B/G, L/C, Invoice, receipt etc.
- Cooperate with related departments to get project milestone documents (Goods delivery/PAC/FAC, site service report) for project database maintenance.
- Responsible for order execution and solving Revenue related commercial challenges and take the measures to mitigate all kinds of risks related to the deliveries

- Other tasks assigned by Department Manager
- Bachelor's or master's degree in international business Trading/Business Administration/ Finance Accounting preferred
- More than 2 years professional working experience in offer/bid and/or project management area
- SAP experience in Sales model /Finance model
- Finance & Accounting management knowledge
- Knowledge in contract law, tax, foreign trading, etc.
- Fresh graduate could be accepted for candidates with comprehensive capabilities for potential development
